Community Scrap Drive

Hosted by Bellevue Metal and Recycling to benefit the Bellevue Historical Society.  This will help with the continued Tremont House restoration project!
PLEASE NO paper, cardboard, or glass, televisions or computer monitors, tires, wood or plastic (unless it's part of a mostly-metal household appliance)

Bring your....

  • Pop cans - Food cans
  • Appliances - Lawnmowers
  • Miscellaneous metal objects including appliances and lawnmowers
  • Electronics but NOT televisions
  • Computers but NOT monitors
  • Old cell phones
  • Unwanted cars (be sure to bring the title)
  • Copper, brass, electric wire, lead

So hold on to those goodies and let it become someone else treasures and donate to this fundraiser.

The Bellevue Historical Society's 2022 annual meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on March 24, 2022 in the fellowship hall of Providence Baptist Church, 1000 W. Gardner Rd, Bellevue, Ohio 44811

After a brief business meeting, guest speaker Larry Michaels will present a program on "Bellevue; Then and Now" focusing on Bellevue's rich history with numerous photographs. Larry is a local historian who has authored several book on the history of Northwest Ohio, especially that of Sandusky County.
 
Fellowship and light refreshments will follow the program.
It is free and all are welcome

Bellevue Historical Society and Historic Lyme Village Barn Dance Update

Due to the serious rise in Covid cases in our local area, the Bellevue Historical Society and Historic Lyme Village representatives have jointly decided the need to regretfully cancel the Barn Dance that was scheduled for September 24, 2021.
