SCCF Grant for HVAC

A grant from the Sandusky County Communities Foundation, along with donations from the community, (individuals and businesses, and numerous fundraisers) provided funds for the purchase and installation of a heating and air conditioning unit in the Tremont House. The HVAC will not only maintain the stability and integrity of the building, but this essential climate- controlled system will assist in the preservation of the historical artifacts that will be housed in the building, as well as ensuring the comfort of our guests and volunteers inside the building. This brings the Society one step closer to opening the Tremont House as a museum, once the first floor has been remodeled. Work was completed by M & M Electric, Inc., of Clyde, Ohio.
