10th Annual Sunflower Sale

SAVE THE DATE
Saturday, July 20th
9:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m. (or until sold out)
108 N. West St, Bellevue

2019 will mark the 10th year for the Bellevue Historical Society's sunflower fundraising event.
This year the sale will be held at the Society’s office at 108 North West Street, Bellevue. Since many of our flower shoppers have never seen the collection of Bellevue artifacts that BHS preserves and maintains, they can visit the Society’s office to take a look at some examples while picking up flowers.

Many thanks to Liz Kile for hosting the sale for the past nine years at the Golden Acorn and to the wonderful volunteers that have added to the success of past sales: Sandy Keller, Mary Magyar, Kerry Fenn, Alicia Robles, and Mary Mitchell. Anne Burkhart has donated beautiful and tasty sunflower cookies which are always a big hit.  George and Sandy Peacock have provided dinnerplate-sized sunflowers to add a special touch.

We are addressing quality issues with the flowers that were supplied last year, by working with different suppliers and growers. We will have FRESH and BEAUTIFUL sunflowers in typical colors and some different colors.  As usual, you can buy a stem, a prearranged bouquet, or bring your vase and flowers will be added. Annie will be bringing in those sunflower cookies.

SAVE THE DATE Saturday, July 20 from 9 a.m. till 3 p.m. (or until sold out) at 108 North West Street, Bellevue.
Funds raised will benefit the restoration project of the Tremont House
